My Top Treasure Hunting Tips
1. Always go to areas where Agates have been found before.

2.Try to go out after heavy rains or snowmelts.
3. Search in areas in and around the Agate bed. Often times the grassy areas are best, as they are not searched as much.
4. Once you start finding Agates, stay in that location and search with out moving around so much.
5. Be sure that you have good glasses on that you can see the find lines of a Fairburn Agate.

My Best Places to Find Cash and Treasure
1. Coins and old jewelry I usually like to go to old yards or areas where old fairs, celeration areas or were old picnics were once held.
2. Gold mining I like to go to areas where gold was found in the past.
3. To find Fairburn Agates in Western S.D. one must also go to the areas where they have been found. Best areas may be on or near privite land.
4. Minerals and Gems are found anywhere in and around the Black Hills.
5.
