How I first got into treasure hunting... Some ole guys were in a waffle house down in Tulsa , Oklahoma... maybe 1990---- I was a pilot student at Spartan flight academy.... they saw i was carrying a pilots pouch,, they kept glaring at me,,,soon one of them asked my rating and if WE could lease a plane...I told them i was commercial rated and could fly for hire but aircraft were expensive by the hour...let me say they appeared like Bums to me at this point...I asked the when whys,,,ETC,,, and it seemed on the up and up ----Long story --Short-- they ended up being a group of Dowser / treasure / healers / jewelry peddlers / very exotic people I cordially now call My godfathers....They became the most influential people in my life .....Like the movie Golden boy they kept telling --I was the one they had been looking for and the universe had finally sent to them so they could make that 1 one more discovery before the Great White Buffalo took them to the great feeding lot in the sky... Scary to me at the time because even though I was from a christian family and a rock solid country boy --- that would not prepare me for the things this group of men and woman were going to expose me to....
My treasure hunting obsession(s): to question all that appears real-----ask why the Romans wanted to conquer the entire civilized world...and failed ';.'';.';' truly i haven't taken time to slow down and answer that but its been the excitement of a lifetime......Diamonds and rubies and gold--- ohh my
My most exciting find: the ones who nurtured this inhibition to discover new things...if were talking minerals ---all of them--- we uncovered an ancient vase of sorts in a geologists basement..whom had passed away.. the vase ,, all covered with debris...and carefully cleaned it , to find the most beautiful urn from Egypt....didn't know at the time it had been brought over from an archaeology dig many many years before by this geologist whom died,, and his son had asked me to come help him...the thing was magic..and Oral Roberts university would not even decode the pictographs on it because ..quote.." it would change the way we perceive Christianity.":....so they sent us home with our tails between our legs....the mans son still has it and put it back in its light less case....what a shame..it was so awesome-------------------------
My favorite places to look for treasure: Treasure comes in so many varieties...lately its been mountain deposits...sorting through the different host materials and coming up with some pay dirt...mineral, metal, or vegtable ,I cant think of a bad hunt..the great southwest is a treasure hunters paradise.....

thank you for clearing that up... i had been posting my few pictures ive Dug out to make a nicer profile...i didnt want to be missleading...its been brought to my attention that my posting of being a dowser to help all has been interputated incorrectly and there should be concern..No folks i have been on the trail of treasure for 30 yrs. and thought it was time to give something back to those who may want to be small entity miners...ive got my hands full with our 160 acre claim in Cherry AZ. the SJMA it is registered in Cherry mining district and certifiable at the courthouse...joey---
