I grew up in upstate NY, and have a B.S. in wildlife biology from SUNY ESF in Syracuse. I have worked as a zookeeper in Texas (San Antonio Zoo) and Florida (Disney's Animal Kingdom), and also as a state wildlife biologist in the Everglades, as well as an environmental educator for Audubon International, which is based in upstate NY. Although I am currently working in retail, I hope to return to the environmental field soon. I have been interested in treasure hunting since I was a kid- my first "dig" was excavating the site of an old burn barrel on my parents' lawn, much to the dismay of my mother :) I am very interested in all sorts of treasures- coins, relics, artifacts, fossils, rocks & minerals, bottles, etc.- you name it, I collect it!!! Some of my other interests include photography, history, genealogy, wildlife/nature, gardening, and travel. You can learn more about my from my website (first link) and ready my Earth Survey project blog at the second link. http://jeremyjtaylor.tripod.com http://earthsurvey.blogspot.com
