After serving 18 years in the Navy and another 17 working for Corp. America, my wife and I are ready to do some rock hunting for profit. Seriously, we want to learn all we can over the next few years, do some weekend or even week-long trips with experienced folks that are willing to let us learn from them - as a club or whatever to enjoy the comraderie. We want to make enough to live on as we travel along. Nothing too extravagant.

We love watching Kirsten gum on her explorations and her enthusiasm is catching. We are not naive and are both professionals, fun loving and adventuresome.

Currently we live in Shoreline, WA, just bove Seattle (in the same county). I was really intrigued at the last show I watched where Kirsten was digging some tourmaline out of the ground there in the north end of San Diego.
