More about me...

How I first got into treasure hunting...I guess i collected things since i could walk, but the cash and treasure show really got me moving in this direction.

My treasure hunting obsession(s): None yet, to dumb yet to be obsessed. haha

My most exciting find:After seeing the emerald show by Becky my wife and i went to Gem Mountain, NC for a long weekend. I went to the mine that Becky went to, picked up some garnet, amithist, berel(?) and a lot of aquamarine (approx.25 lb) out of this there are a couple of jem quality stones.

My favorite places to look for treasure:Right now only NC will check out NY in the spring.

My favorite treasure hunting techniques: Dig, sluce, and hopefully grin.

My treasure hunt toolkit contains...Water, hammer, water, trowel, water, maps, water, GPS, and oh yes did i mention water.

I'm presently hunting for...Time off to go south again.
