Sea glass washes up on beaches all over the world, this image is a close up of sea glass on Glass Beach in Kauai, Hawaii.

Glass Beach In Kauai, HawaiiUltra Rare Orange Sea Glass
Sea Glass MarblesMy husband and I found these sea glass marbles in Puerto Rico. Sea glass marbles are a very rare find. We have traveled extensively throughout Puerto Rico and found a lot of sea glass marbles during our adventures.

The sea glass pendant is made with ultra rare sea glass that was found on a beach in England. Orange sea glass is one of the rarest of all sea glass colors. This treasure was provided to me by a sea glass collector in England. The English sea glass collectors have asked the sea glass community to respect the sanctity of this location.

The sea glass pendant below is made with cornflower blue sea glass that I found in Puerto Rico. This piece comes from a bottle rim. This is a rare find as it still has the bottle rim threads.

Cornflower Blue Sea GlassSea Glass From Puerto Rico

The sea glass on the right is an example of some of the rarer sea glass colors. I collected sea glass like this over a fifteen year period in Puerto Rico where I use to live. I went sea glass collecting just about every day. When I first moved to Puerto Rico I lived in a humble shack on the beach which was very close to a tide pool in Rincon, Puerto Rico. This is now a famous sea glass collecting spot. I was fortunate enough to be able to collect sea glass there for years without encountering another beachcomber. I never realized that cobalt blue or cornflower blue sea glass was considered to be rare until I read Richard Lamotte's book "Pure Sea Glass"
In order to support my beachcombing habit I started making and selling sea glass jewelry. When I first started collecting sea glass in Puerto Rico I found so much blue sea glass that I was able to match up hundreds of pairs of blue earrings in the first year.
