Of course... that is why there are whole companies investing
in the retrieval of these items. Gold is trading pretty high right
now and it is a sound investment because there are allot of
known ship wrecks on the books that haven't been salvaged
or found yet that had gold on board according to their manifests
and reported cargo from historical documents.
Going after gold you know is out there somewhere, is a safer venture
than digging up half of a mountain to wind up empty handed.
