Description: Iolite at Grizzly Creek, WY, is hidden under thin layer of rusty rock. When broken, gem material is clearly visible. The deposit was discovered by Dan Hausel in 2004 & is largest in the world(http://geologicalconsulting.pbwiki.com/Iolite).
