  • Beliefs Page Lava would be nice. I really like the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Kilauea Volcano is a rather nice Volcano. It is part of a giant hot spot that created the Hawaiian Islands. The lava flows slowly; giving time to get out of the way. And at night it is unbelievably beautiful. It is the Volcanoes that get constipated that can be really grumpy and blow their tops.

  • Hellection 2008 I have been joking around about loving rocks on this thread - which I do. lol But since the election, there has been much talk about making history. The history of electing a colored person to office, that is great! To me it doesn't matter the color of the skin of the person elected, white, black, yellow, red etc. What matters and what is going to be the “history” of all this is the agenda and what gets done by the person elected and their administration. The agenda of the person elected to office is not favorable to us as outdoors folks, one who enjoy our rocks, one who loves America as our forefathers originally formed it. The history will be made by the changes this man has for the constitution, our rights as citizens and our safety. I am so very glad the elections are over, (tired of the BS slung back and forth) and frankly, they never have the correct option on the ballot, like "None of the above". I hate elections where there is no real good choice. I claim no affiliation to any political party, I feel I vote for the person who I believe is the most qualified for the office and one with similar beliefs.

Many people were brainwashed during the campaign. Economy problems, what exactly did the current administration have to do with private businesses making bad decisions that finally caught up with them. (Except to spend Billions of our tax $’s to bail them out. Gee like the airlines many years ago). Making it so easy for people to get into debt well over their heads. How did the president or current administration have anything to do with this (except the bailout)?
