Yeah Becky was great. She is will ahhh, pre-occupied at the moment. My understanding is that she is pregnant with twins. She didn't feel that it would be too great for her little ones to be out rousting about the countryside hunting treasures. After seeing Kirsten Gum last night on the Morel and Copper episodes, I think she will bring the same energy and fun to this seasons shows. It is going to be a good season!

Yeah i personally love kirsten. She has tons of contagious energy that makes anyone who watches the show, want to go hunt for treasure. She's pretty cute too.

Yeh, I figured it was probably that woman instinct thing to settledown and have kids. My sister and I are both fans of the show, and when she asked me what happened to the old host? I just told her that she probably found a place that was pretty lucrative as far as the gems and gold are concerned and told the show to take her job and stick it. I mean, wouldn't you if you made more money in one month digging stones out of a hole in the ground off camera than you did in a whole year on camera? Love Kritens' excitement, smile and getting dirty. Becky was great also! Looking forward to seeing some new shows. Will be watching tonight 8 Jan 2008 Emeralds!!! :)

I think both Kirsten and Becky, in addition to being beautiful women, bring a refined elegance to the down an dirty world of rockhounding and treasure hunting. To choose one over the other - I'd say it's damn near impossible, but still, there's a wildness to the redhead that I'm sure is going to make each episode quite an exciting event. Cash and Treasures, seasons 1 & 2, trully 'rock'!
