Gem Mountain

My family and I went to North Carolina on a vacation to Gem Mountan.
We purchased several buckets to sift through and found a wide variety of Gem Stones. Rubies, garnets, aquamarines, emeraldsand alot more. We had a Great Time!! I left some of my stones there to be faceted and they sent them back to me. When I opened the package , I could'nt believe my eyes!!!! I had a 28.52 ct smoky quartz,38.66ct crystal quartz amoung many others. To facet the gemstones I paid $45.00 per stone and it was worth it!

I too have had gems faceted through Gem Mtn. I have not been there in person but have purchased buckets and had them shipped to me. Lots of nice gems. A faceting comes with the buckets we purchased and I am imprerssed as to the quality of the faceting. As a matter of fact, both my wife and daughter got emeralds that we found in our buckets and had faceted at Gem Mtn for Christmas this year. Very nice emeralds, the wife also got an aquamarine as well. Beautiful stones! 4  out of 4 found this valuable. Do you?
