Hey, I'm from Iowa and don't really know much about this. Anybody have any tips for treasure hunting or know of any good spots in or near Iowa? thanks! <3<3<3jen 2  out of 4 found this valuable. Do you?

Here is a web site that has a list of Gem and mineral clubs in Iowa

some may have their own web sites with places they take field trips to, this should give a good start for rockhounding and metal detecting.
Keokuk, Iowa I quess has a place that you can go after geodes Not sure if there is both free or fee areas or either or.
