Now thats an Agate find. Best one I've seen in the NW in a long time.Very nice find you two. I would even suggest that we have a new WIKI page for catagorical STATE RECORD HOLDERS w/finds............:)

I know Dan's probably out with Tom right now on another lucas creek trip, hopefully thier find the bigger brother! :) hehe .. I will try and work on the page later today.. its time to pull rocks out of acid ! my favorite time of the morning :) Do you find this valuable? |

Well I dont know about state record holder Dan did show me an article about someone who found a 450lb agate geode a few years back in Washington however it is a damn big stone and the pictures just dont do it justice. I've spent some time getting to know it and there is alot to it that i havent photo'ed. im going to make it a mission to get close up photos of it.. (coming soon! :-P)Do you find this valuable? |
