Does anyone know if the ace 150 metal detecter is good?

Can't comment on the ACE 150, but I purchased the ACE 250 shortly after it came out. Dollar for dollar I am Very Impressed with it! There is not much difference price wise between the two, and I thought the 250 was more detector for the money.
I had a $1000 Bounty Hunter and since my 250 has arrived, the Bounty Hunter has not left the house. Now I and the wife both own a 250 and she is thrilled with it also.

I own the ACE 250 also.. Its a great detector... I bought it, and felt imbarressed because I had a el'cheepo but after seeing other expensive detectors and mine out finding deep targets, I am VERY proud to have it.. I did look at the ACE 150, but wanted little more discrumination, but from what I read, its the same coil and same just more discrumnation.

The Ace is a beginners metal detector no pinpoint(most hunters use a pin pointer now) would make a decent clad machine but not a contender to find older coins at worked sites. I would go with a mid price used detector 400.00- 500.00 MXT or Sovereign.HH Ron Do you find this valuable?
