gold panning on woods creek.

I am leasing a bit of land on woods creek in Jamestown,Ca for a new panning company. The are is near the harvard mine and I would like to know if anyone has every panned there and if they got anything . I pulled a little out of there and a friend dredged there years ago and got a few 1/2 oz + pieces. Is that common for that area?
