Hi, we have many members from Washington. If any live near you, I'm sure they'd be willing to drop by and id. your rocks for you. Maybe even invite you along on a rockhounding trip or two. I'd be happy to help, but I live in N.E. South Dakota.

Since I don't live in Washington, I don't know which of the guys or gals might live near you. Have you tried to find a local rock club? I think most parts of your state have at least one. I'm not so lucky. The nearest rock club is about 3 hours away. That doesn't help when the meeting is on a night when were in the middle of a S.D. blizzard.

WE LIVE IN WASHINGTON AND WOULD LOVE TO SEE YOUR ROCKS AND HELP ID THEM. ARE YOU ABLE TO TAKE PIC'S AND POST THEM. IT ISN'T THE BEST WAY,BUT MIGHT BE ABLE TO TELL ON SOME OF THEM. BESIDES THAT WILL GIVE US ALL A CHANCE TO SEE YOUR FINDS.

Sorry Andy. I should have looked that site up before I posted my last. Man ! what a great site. I wish I'd known about it when I lived in California. Many collecting sites were very close to places that I visited on a regular basis. Thanks for the info.
