Hi everyone!

I thought I'd take this opportunity to introduce myself: My name is Leslie (aka 9Pin), and I am a new Admin on the site. I am thrilled to be a part of this community! You have all made this site an amazing place to be for treasure hunters!

I posted a new home page with a new look this morning. I hope you like it! I wanted to highlight the great stuff that everyone is doing on the site, so hopefully I accomplished that. Please let me know if you have any feedback or questions about any aspects of the site. I'm here to help!

Hi Leslie;
I like the changes to the home page. I hated seeing the link to Kirsten go away, but since she's no longer a part of the treasure hunting wiki, it was for the best.

One change I would like to see is on the community happenings page. I'd like to see a scrolling option added to the recent site activity feature, so one could look back through all postings for the last 12 to 24 hours. Many, if not most of our members work all day. If there has been more than normal activity on the site, all of the earliest postings are missed. This option would give all of our members the opportunity to keep up with all of the days postings.

HI Leslie, welcome to the wiki! The home page looks great! This will help to bring new members in to the site. Way cool! Thanks for the work and I look forward to more of your work and talents.

Of course if you are a rocker' we want reports and pics of your finds and adventures. :-)

If you're not a rockhound, join us, and we'll soon turn you into one. And if you're into another form of treasure hunting, there's plenty of room for that too. Don't just sit on the sidelines using your talents making this a better wiki. Join us!

Glad you like it! The information about Kirsten is still available in the left navigation, so it hasn't been deleted altogether. I just wanted to focus less on the show and more on the community, which is why I took the link off the home page.

That's a great suggestion for the recent activity feature. I will put that on our development list for improvements to the feature.

We're happy to have you aboard. I for one, am happy with the changes that you have made. Many other changes probably need to be made.
I'm confident that they will all be for the betterment of this wiki.
