"heck, you're not old enough to be a fossil!"
Hey Nan, I think what Paul was Talking about is his joints.Us old goats get so stiff and sore in the joints that it feels like we're starting to turn into a fossil. There's an old rockhound saying. I'm sure Paul has heard it. " Old rockhounds never die, they just slowly petrify ". The older ya get, the more it feels like that's exactly what's starting to happen.

Man if I don't so keep moving I will be a fossil, but it to dang hard to keep moving. lol Hence I feel fossilization is imminent

He Paul, there ya go bringin up Phil again. Better have Nan put some of those tics on ice, cause we probably won't get another shot at Phil until next spring.
I feel like as I petrify, I'm turning into Coprolites. At least that's the way I feel this morning.

As I was scooping the litter this morning and putting the clinkers in a plastic bag, this thought came to mind: imagine 20,000 years from now, people come to earth and want to find out about the planet. The head alien tells them to look for big piles of detritus (sp?) and dig, dig, dig. They find newspapers, but they suddenly stop in 2015. Intermingled are tiny shreds of a strange material with coprolites. As scientific studies are performed, they have the hardest time finding out what kind of animal they come from--they know the coprolite is not human.......
yeah, strange I know. See how my brain works??

I think Phil will taste good any time of the year. But he is easier to find in Feb for sure. I still feel like a fossil, yeah and I can surely relate to feeling like or becoming a crapolite too! :-)

Hey Paul, Pul, Passil, Whatever ? If ya happen to get phil, keep him on ice. I'll try to get a couple buzz tails to add to the pot. If Nan can get enough of those tics, we can make stuffing for phil out of them.
